Blend CJC-1295 NO-DAC 2mg with Ipamorelin 2mg
View Research Overview & References
This blend combines two synthetic peptides: CJC-1295 and ipamorelin. CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) studied for its interaction with the GHRH receptor. It consists of 30 amino acids with a molecular weight of 3647.16 g/mol. This formulation is CJC-1295 without DAC, meaning it does not contain the drug affinity complex (DAC) used to prolong its half-life.1
Ipamorelin is a synthetic hexapeptide studied for its interaction with the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R) in the anterior pituitary gland. Although its structure differs from ghrelin, ipamorelin is studied for functional similarities. It consists of 6 amino acids with a molecular weight of 711.39 g/mol.2 Together, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin are studied for their combined effects on growth hormone-related signaling through two different receptors, of interest for research into receptor synergy.
Animal Model Research
Animal studies have examined both peptides’ effects on bone-related signaling markers and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) signaling. Ipamorelin has been studied for its effects on bone mineral content in animal models, while CJC-1295 has been studied for its effects on osteoblast activity markers through IGF-1-related signaling.1,3 Both peptides have also been studied for their effects on insulin-related signaling in pancreatic tissue in animal models.
