Blend CJC-1295 NO-DAC 5mg with Ipamorelin 5mg
View Research Overview & References
This blend combines two synthetic peptides for use in in vitro and in vivo (animal) laboratory research on growth-related signaling. Both peptides are analogs of human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) and share the first 29 amino acids of the 44-amino-acid sequence found in GHRH.1,2
Animal Model Research
Animal studies have examined CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin’s effects on growth hormone (GH) release compared to control groups.2,3 CJC-1295 has been studied for its effects on insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) release in various animal models.4 Research on Ipamorelin has examined its role in bone formation markers. An 8-week study in rats demonstrated increases in bone mineral content following administration of Ipamorelin, GH, and related peptides, as measured by post-mortem bone scans.5
Peptide Stability Research
CJC-1295 is studied for its pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties relative to intrinsic GHRH. The modification of the amino acid sequence in CJC-1295 NO-DAC is associated with reduced degradation by peptidase enzymes, relevant to research on peptide stability.4
Combined Research Applications
The combination of CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin is studied for its effects on multiple signaling systems, including GH-related signaling, metabolic pathways, immune-related signaling, insulin regulation, and cell differentiation, making it a research tool for investigating growth-related and metabolic signaling in a controlled laboratory environment.
Important Notice
These peptides are synthesized, combined, and distributed strictly for in vitro and in vivo (animal) research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, or any application outside of laboratory research, and have not been evaluated for safety or efficacy in humans or animals.
Product Information
This combination is provided as a white lyophilized powder, with a concentration of 10 mg per vial (5 mg of each peptide).
